The Library-Learning Commons is located at the 3rd floor of the Annunciation building. The concept of a learning commons is shift in thinking from a library as a physical space that is a repository of books to an inclusive, flexible, learner-centered, physical and/or virtual space for collaboration, inquiry, imagination and play to expand and deepen learning.

On March 4, 2019, the College library was re-located and transformed into a modern state-of-the-art learning commons to help students, faculty and staff collaborate and easily share their work with one another. Key to the success of the library redesign was updating the furnishing to cater to the different learning style of the users. The goal was to create a student-centric learning environment with the optimal space needed for collaborative work.

The Library as a system of functions and services exists primarily to meet the needs of students, faculty, staff, administration and other related clientele for resources from printed to non-printed essential to the teaching-learning programs of the institution.
