Kindergarten

Nursery

  • at least 3 years old up to October of the current school year
  • Authenticated Birth Certificate from National Statistics Office

Junior Kinder

  • at least 4 years old up to October of the current school year
  • Interviewed by the Principal or authorized representative
  • Authenticated Birth Certificate from the National Statistics Office

Senior Kinder

  • At least 5 years old up to October of the current school year
  • Interviewed by the Principal or authorized representative
  • Authenticated Birth Certificate from the National Statistics Office

Grade One

  • At least 6 years old up to October of the current school year
  • One year attendance in any preparatory school
  • placement test
  • Authenticated Birth Certificate from the National Statistics Office

Grade Two – Six

  • Form 138: Satisfactory ratings in all subjects fro the first grading period
  • Authenticated Birth Certificate from the National Statistics Office
  • Baptismal Certificate for Catholics
  • 2 ID Pictures (1×1) for the handbook and Registrar’s Office
  • Letter of Recommendation from the Principal/ Guidance Counselor/Adviser of the School last attended regarding the character and co-curricular involvement
  • placement test
  • Photocopy of recognition paper or DepEd permit of Private School last attended

Transferees

  • Entrance examination/ placement test result
  • form 138 with no failing grade
  • no grade below 80%
  • Letter of Recommendation from the Principal/ Guidance Counselor/ Adviser of the School last attended
  • Authenticated Birth Certificate from the National Statistics Office
  • Baptismal Certificate (For Catholics)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school last attended duly signed by the principal
  • Photocopy of the Recognition Paper or DepEd permit of the Private School last attended

Old Pupils

  • Form 138
  • Educational Contract with Parents (duly signed)

Returning Pupils

  • Pupils who were once enrolled in St. Mary’s College and transferred to another school but want to come back are considered new students. They will have to follow the enrollment procedure for new students.
